300 movie poster

300 rave alert. Or maybe not.

Just woke up after a sugoi day with friends. Still weak from all those fits of laughter and a bit of kabag.

Watched 300 with 7 other people yesterday over at Gateway cinemas yesterday as part of our Sugoi Day Saturday getaway from our work. Well, I really don’t want to write a full rave/review since I’d rather do that for Sugoi Stuff.

All I have to say about 300 for now is wow. Galeng. A visual treat from start to finish. No spoilers for now. Basta, astig.

Yey! My memory served me right! Being a Batang 80s lets you in some things younger guys don’t. And Spartan tsinelas is one of them. :D

I am 300 fanboy. haha

If you ask me what’s the best movie I’ve ever seen, I’ll say 300 without really giving it much thought.

Visual treat, no? It’s a very rare case but I even liked it better than the graphic novel.

Yeah, I want to watch it again! hehe.

As good as the graphic novel was, the movie just took all the liberty in showing details. I guess that’s the drawback when your medium is a mass-produced piece of paper.
